3 Part Metabolic Cardio
Equipment Needed:
- Ski Erg
- Stationary Bike
- Dumbell
- Kettlebell
The Workout:
To begin with:
Part 1
20 cals ski erg
1 minute bike (increase resistance level by one each round)
repeat for 10 rounds then rest.
Part 2
Dumbbell Snatch alternate arms for each rep.
3 sets of 21 then 15 then 9 reps
30 seconds rest between sets.
Part 3
The following exercises can be broken in to sets and performed in any order but each set must be performed to failure.
100 Kettlbell swings 24kg
100 Bodyweight squats (weight can be held with both hands in front of body or band worn around thighs to increase difficulty if required).
100 Dumbell shrugs
100 Sit ups/Crunches
Total target time to complete 50 minutes.
Total calories burned when I performed this 454 cals.
